De kamer isThe room is 15-16m2 large. Monthly rent includes all utilities (water, bills, internet, ...). The house has 2 floors, a large living room, a large dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms on the 2nd floor, 2 garden terraces (morning and evening sun), a garden, a large basement room in the apartment, two toilets including a sink, a bathroom with both shower and bathtub, a practical bike room outside, and a shared laundry room.

Shops (Migros, Denner, Coop, Aldi, pharmacy, post office, etc.), train station, and the center of Adliswil are only 5 minutes walk away. There are very good connections via the S4 to Zurich HB main train station (15 min) or to the lake and towards Kilchberg / Rüschlikon / Thalwil by bus. Adliswil is a small and cozy city where everything you need can be reached within walking distance.


If you have a car, there are parking spaces in the residential street available.


The location of the apartment is ideal if you want to live close to the city but still enjoy nature and being outdoors. The Felsenegg cable car is right on our doorstep. The beautiful Türlersee and Zürichsee are both not far away. We have our own ping-pong table in the residential complex. Several fitness centers, a bouldering hall, a tennis court, etc. are in the immediate vicinity in Adliswil. If you enjoy gardening, our apartment is the perfect place for you.


The apartment is completely furnished, so you only have to take care of furnishing your room.
