De kamer isThe flat is located in a very calm and green area. The neighbourhood is very nice and you have many activities available nearby: swimming pool, tennis court, forest to run (Zuriberg) at 5 min. It's at 17 min by bicycle from Zurich HB (if you have a good stamina ;)). You also have the bus and the tram nearby which can take you to the center or to oerlikon train station. The flat is very bright and has a nice balcony as well as a shared garden. The rent is including the water and heating charges, the internet, the common furniture, a bed and two clothes rails. There is an additional bill for electricity that come every 3 months that is of around 10 chf per month per person. The kitchen has stove/oven/dishwasher/fridge.

I'm searching for a clean and tidy tenant, with whom I can occasionally share a meal but also respect my private time. Otherwise I'm quite adaptable so if you want to do activities together, I can be in ;)

About me: I'm a 29 year old french research software engineer at ETH and a ski teacher in winters. I'm sporty and I like to do stuff on the weekends whether it's a hike, ski, theater, art exhibition or else. I like my own space as I like to share an evening with a nice dinner. I work quite a lot during the week and would like the evenings to be quiet after 10.30 - 11 pm. But if it's later during the weekend no problem, I like occasional parties! ;) I like the flat to be clean so I would like to take a cleaning lady for 40 chf per month per person additionally.
