De kamer isAbout 12m2 big room in a 4-room shared flat, parts of the furniture can be taken over. The lovely old apartment is on the 3rd floor and in a good location (near Schwamendingerplatz). We have one bathroom, a kitchen with everything you need, including a dishwasher! There’s a drying room with a washing machine in the basement. Important to know, we heat the apartment with a wood stove, so it can be cold-ish in the winter if we don’t make a fire, but it is very cozy. (that’s why the price is quite low).
We zijn op zoek naar
We are looking for a new flatmate and are open for all genders. In our shared space everyone should feel comfortable so we work on keeping everything nice and neat. We welcome someone who likes to have a clean and orderly kitchen and who is willing to carry wood once in a while. Ideally you should be in Zurich the first week of February, when we are planning to invite people to see the flat. Davide (25m), Martin (25m), Mattia (22m), We enjoy having dinner, late night talks together and every once in a while a game night. We normally speak English with each other since we’re all from different countries. But you will find someone that speaks Italian or Bulgarian and are interested in any language you will bring into the flat! We have different schedules since some of us work and others study, so it’s very chilled and easy going.
