De kamer isI am renting out my 30m² furnished room in a 3-room apartment near to Milchbuck . The kitchen and bathroom are shared with two other flatmates.Good location, near University of Zurich Irchel.

We are looking for a clean, responsible, and considerate person who does not smoke and treats my flatmates with respect. A friendly and easygoing attitude is always appreciated! :)
Please note that there will be some of my personal belongings in the room, but I will make sure everything is neatly organized before you move in.
Rental Details:
Rental Period: March 1 – March 31 (Possibly until April, depending on my return date)
Deposit: 200 CHF Will be fully refunded after a successful room inspection
