There are many restaurants in the street and is close to nightlife. There are 2 bedrooms, one spacious living room, one kitchen and bathroom each. Storage room and washing machine are upstairs and there is a basement downstairs to keep bikes.

The flat has two bedrooms and I am the other flatmate. I am a 29 years old graduate from ETH Zürich. I am a clean and considerate flatmate and have been living in shared houses for more than 7 years. I am friendly, sporty and like to do some activities with my flatmates every once in a while.
