De kamer isPartially rented for the time I'm away. It is in a lovely 3 bedroom apartment where my two flatmates live with me. The apartment is fully equipped with a brand new kitchen. The room has a private balcony and there is also a balcony/garden shared with the other where you can barbecue during summer of just enjoy the sun when the weather is nice. A cleaning lady comes twice a month to clean the whole apartment. And everything is at walking distance from the flat from 2 to 7 minutes (migros, coop, aldi, denner, post, pharmacy, the lake, wollishofen train station, the tramway station).

We are looking for a calm and unproblematic flatmate that is gonna live in harmony with the flatmates and take good care of the furnitures in the room and the rest of the apartment. Someone clean and organized (not messy).
Wij zijn
One of the flatmates travels a lot because of his work, when he is in Zurich he's either working from home or in his office. The other guy works in a restaurant, twice a week he has a day off and will be around and when he's working he's in the flat basically very late at night.
