Description
La chambre estSpacious (aprox. 14 sq.m), unfurnished. Rent is 600 CHF. Electricity is paid separately every 3 months; the laundry room is at the basement (shared for the whole building) and it costs 3 CHF / load. Deposit is 1,200 CHF and rent is to be paid a month in advance (pay in July for August). All household expenses are divided between the the three of us.
Nous cherchons
Looking for a third, long-term, flatmate to join us. We would prefer someone in their mid 20s, who can speak English well, but other than that, no specific requriements.
