De kamer isSpacious (aprox. 14 sq.m), unfurnished. Rent is 600 CHF. Electricity is paid separately every 3 months; the laundry room is at the basement (shared for the whole building) and it costs 3 CHF / load. Deposit is 1,200 CHF and rent is to be paid a month in advance (pay in July for August). All household expenses are divided between the the three of us.

Looking for a third, long-term, flatmate to join us. We would prefer someone in their mid 20s, who can speak English well, but other than that, no specific requriements. The usual obviously is applicable (clean after yourself, pay on time etc.). Send us a description of yourself and how you expect your day to day life to look.

Alexandra (27f, Romanian) and Kristina (25f, Serbian). We are both classical musicians (singing and viola respectively) and we are both working. We like to go out every now and then, but are not party girls and we like the peace and quiet at home.
