De kamer is11 qm gross + ein persönliches Abstellräumli. Das Zimmer ist vom Gang direkt erreichbar. Da es aber die oberste Wohnung vom Block ist, kommt kein Nachbar hinauf. Estrich gehört nur uns und wir haben auch ein Kellerabteil. Die Wohnung hat kein Balkon, jedoch haben wir draussen einen Sitzplatz mit Grill, Tisch und Stühlen.
Die Miete beinhaltet bereits Internet und Strom.

11 square meters + a personal storage room. The room is directly accessible from the corridor. But as it is the top apartment of the block, no neighbor can get up there. The attic belongs only to us and we also have a cellar compartment. The apartment has no balcony, but we have an outdoor seating area with barbecue, table and chairs.
