De kamer isHello! My beautiful room in a shared flat for 2 will be free from 1st of September. The apartment is on the 1st floor, has 3 rooms and a balcony which is great for the upcoming summer months. Your room is 16.7m2 and has a beautiful wooden floor. The furniture in the room (bed, wardrobe, white shelf) can be taken over if you like it. The living room has a cozy dining area and a sofa. In the kitchen you find everything you need- also a dishwasher;). A washing machine and a dryer are available in the basement and a cellar compartment belongs to the apartment. The additional costs (Internet and EWZ) approx. 50 CHF / month are not included in the rental price (700 CHF).
