I am renting out a furnished private bedroom in my 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment is available for both short/long term.
The monthly rent for the room is 600 CHF all bills inclusive!
If you rent the room, you'll share the whole apartment with me and you have access to the following:
your private bedroom with big beds, wardrobes and tv
Living room furnished with sofas,tv. (this is the common room)
Dinning, Kitchen (equipped with everything such Fridge with Freezer,Microwave,Oven,Toaster and all the kitchen textile) Bathroom and Toilet.Balcony.
Washing machine is available and fast internet
Nearby is Kocherpark, restaurants, bar, stores, gym and you can easily catch public transport in 2 minutes from the apartment.
