Ich vermiete mein Zimmer/Apartment ab sofort für 3-6 Monate je nach Bedarf, aber auch länger wäre verhandelbar. Das ganze Apartment (Neubau) ist 127qm gross, hat zwei Balkone und ist modern ausgestattet und möbliert. In einem Seperaten Flügel der Wohnung sind weitere Zimmer/Bad, das von einer Mitbewohnerin (Architektin) bewohnt wird. Küche und Wohnzimmer werden quasi geteilt.

Die Wohnung ist modern und mit vielen Designermöbel ausgestattet und hat alles zum direkt einziehen. Tram Station und Supermarkt sind direkt vor dem Haus. Miete ist 1500 plus 250 Zuschlag für sonstige Nebenkosten, Internet und Möblierung, also 1750 CHF insgsamt. Kaution ist 2500.-

In the other wing of the apartment, there is an additional bedroom and bathroom, which is rented to an architekt (female), so the living room and kitchen will be shared.The apartment and living room has a high living standard with modern and clean interior.
