Hey,
We are looking for a new housemate as I am moving back home to Barcelona.The house share is generally quiet, as we’re all working professionals, but we also enjoy coming together now and then to do something fun. The common languages spoken in the house are German or English. We are a diverse bunch of people with Viola, who fills the place with latin energy (although she's Swiss) and some freshly baked Zopf (literally the best), Elias, who loves the outdoors and mostly takes care of our garden and plants in the house, Tino, who somehow keeps the house running smoothly and still manages to be the life of the party, Vinzenz, who occasionally buys second-hand microwaves, which don’t always match Tino’s aesthetic vision, and Caro, who is our newest house member, but already showed her cooking skills.
The room we are offering is available starting April 1st, and we are looking for someone who wants to stay at least until April 2026, though we are flexible if you want to make it longer.
We'd appreciate a working person who is a good cultural fit for our WG; social, tidy, has prior WG experience, between age 26-40 and would like to share moments together but is also independent and appreciates a spacious, beautiful, bright house in a prime location on the Zurichberg. Wir sind auf der Suche nach einem/r neuen Mitbewohner/in, weil ich zurück nach Barcelona ziehe. Die Wohngemeinschaft ist im Allgemeinen ruhig, da wir alle berufstätig sind, aber wir kommen auch gerne zusammen, um etwas zu unternehmen. Die üblichen Sprachen, die im Haus gesprochen werden, sind Deutsch und Englisch. Wir sind ein bunt gemischter Haufen mit Viola, die das Haus mit lateinischer Energie (obwohl sie Schweizerin ist) und frisch gebackenem Zopf (THE best) erfüllt, Elias, der die Natur liebt und sich hauptsächlich um unseren Garten und die Pflanzen im Haus kümmert, Tino, der das Haus irgendwie am Laufen hält und es trotzdem schafft, das Leben der Party zu sein, Vinzenz, der gelegentlich gebrauchte Mikrowellen kauft, die nicht immer Tinos ästhetischen Vorstellungen entsprechen, und Caro, unser neuestes Hausmitglied und bereits ihre Kochkünste bewiesen hat.
Das Zimmer, das wir anbieten, ist ab dem 1. April verfügbar, und wir suchen jemanden, der mindestens bis April 2026 bleiben möchte, obwohl hier relativ flexibel sind.
Wir würden uns über eine berufstätige Person freuen, die kulturell gut zu unserer WG passt; sozial, ordentlich, mit WG-Erfahrung, zwischen 26 und 40 Jahre alt, die gerne gemeinsame Momente erleben möchte, aber auch unabhängig ist und ein geräumiges, schönes, helles Haus in bester Lage am Zürichberg zu schätzen weiss.
