La stanza èThe room is cozy but we have a large living room and decent kitchen. The best part is a big balcony which I'm yet to take advantage of but I can see us spending lovely summer evenings grilling or chatting over a glass of something refreshing.
(The shared places are now furnished, new pictures are on the way (or I'll just send them to you if you reach out), I have ADHD and got a bit distracted and now it's too late. If you can relate, I think we might just get along)

You should have stable income and ideally be 27-35 years old.
You should have experience sharing the living space with people and have common sense. Ideally, you've also lived alone for some time.
You shouldn't need to have a cleaning schedule to keep the place clean or a list of consumables for the flat to make sure stuff doesn't run out.
You should be willing to be plant-based in the flat (you can do you outside but would love to have no animal products in the shared spaces)
You should be a non-smoker (tobacco that is)
Chi siamo
I'm a PhD student ETH, with more hobbies than I have time for - hiking, dancing, pottery, music, art, reading, yoga, you name it - I was probably into it at one point or another. Happy to include you in some of them if we find something we share or we can just do our own thing.
A home for me is a place to relax so I like it clean, quiet and organized. I don't mind the usual messiness of life but generally like to clean as I go so there's usually no need for a cleaning day because it just doesn't get dirty. Open communication is very important. I try to be as environmentally-friendly as I can without losing my mind over it and I hope you do to - basic things like recycling and taking care of energy consumption are important for me.
