La chambre estThe perfect accommodation for those looking for a shared flat and a relaxing and friendly environment.

Since I will be traveling for 6 weeks, I am sub-renting my big 16m2 room at the last (5th) floor of a historic building making it quiet and away from the noise of the street. The room features a queen size bed, table, cabinet, a library and a tv screen that can be used.

You will be living with 6 other amazing international flatmates (Spain, Germany, England, Netherlands, France)! The flat is very clean and a cleaning lady takes care of the ground cleaning once a week, while everybody else is requested to look after the common areas. The bathroom is spacious but shared with two other people, although I hardly ever had troubles or had to wait to use it. The flat also features a beautiful living room with tv and fire place as well as a terrace overlooking Zürich.
Washing machine and dryer are in the flat, and there are also some in the cellar, together with a parking space for bikes and storage room.

The rent is 1120 chf per month, but the renting period is quite flexible, so we can arrange the price according to the exact days of stay.
