La chambre estWe have a cozy, fully furnished room available in our shared flat starting November 10. The room includes a bed, cupboard, table, chair, and shelf. Rent covers everything except electricity and telecommunications (TV), and the deposit is 1,000 CHF (your share of the total 3,000 CHF). The flat has a shared living room/dining area, kitchen and two bathrooms (you would share one).
We typically use mobile hotspots for internet, which works well for us, as the apartment's Wi-Fi has been unreliable.
You would initially join as a subtenant of the two main tenants, but there's potential to discuss signing on as a main tenant in the future.
The flat is conveniently located near tram line 11, and it's just a 10-minute walk to Bahnhof Oerlikon, less than 20 minutes by tram or train to HB.
