De kamer isWir suchen ab sofort bis Ende Juli einen Untermieterin für ein Zimmer in unserer 4.5-Zimmer-Wohnung direkt gegenüber der Bäckeranlage (super zentral). Eine Verlängerung wäre eventuell möglich. Das Zimmer ist 13.5 m^2 groß und ziemlich geräumig aber aktuell unmöbliert. Die Wohnung hat insgesamt ca. 80 m^2, viel Stauraum und eine Dachterrasse. Das Badezimmer und die Küche wurden 2018 renoviert. Die Miete beträgt 1300 CHF.
We are looking for a subtenant for a room in a 4.5 room apartment opposite Bäckeranlage (very central) from now to the end of July, with a possibility of extending. The room is 13.5 m^2 and quite spacious. Please note that the room is currently unfurnished. The flat is approximately 80 m^2 and has ample storage space as well as a shared roof terrace. The bathroom and kitchen were renovated in 2018. The rent would be 1300 CHF.

Du würdest mit zwei Mitbewohnern zusammenwohnen – Ludo und Ernesto (beide 24). Wir sind Uni-Freunde und nun arbeitstätig. Ich (Ludo) komme aus Zürich, Ernesto aus Sevilla. Wir sind beide sehr unkompliziert, offen und sportlich unterwegs. Zuhause sprechen wir Deutsch, aber auch fließend Englisch und noch ein paar andere Sprachen.

You would be living with two flatmates, Ludo and Ernesto (both 24). We are friends from university, now working. I (Ludo) am from Zürich and Ernesto is from Sevilla.
