The room isWir suchen ab sofort bis Ende Juli einen Untermieterin für ein Zimmer in unserer 4.5-Zimmer-Wohnung direkt gegenüber der Bäckeranlage (super zentral). Eine Verlängerung wäre eventuell möglich. Das Zimmer ist 13.5 m^2 groß und ziemlich geräumig aber aktuell unmöbliert. Die Wohnung hat insgesamt ca. 80 m^2, viel Stauraum und eine Dachterrasse. Das Badezimmer und die Küche wurden 2018 renoviert. Die Miete beträgt 1300 CHF.
We are looking for a subtenant for a room in a 4.5 room apartment opposite Bäckeranlage (very central) from now to the end of July, with a possibility of extending. The room is 13.5 m^2 and quite spacious. Please note that the room is currently unfurnished. The flat is approximately 80 m^2 and has ample storage space as well as a shared roof terrace. The bathroom and kitchen were renovated in 2018. The rent would be 1300 CHF.

Du würdest mit zwei Mitbewohnern zusammenwohnen – Ludo und Ernesto (beide 24). Wir sind Uni-Freunde und nun arbeitstätig. Ich (Ludo) komme aus Zürich, Ernesto aus Sevilla.
