La chambre estA fairly big room (3.5m by 4.5m), south facing and overlooking a quiet inner courtyard. Room has floor to ceiling windows on two sides with electric shutters, with direct access to one of the terraces. Person will also have their own bathroom as there are 2 in the apartment. Please note the rent is actually 1850, but cannot post higher than 1500 on here.
Nous cherchons
Someone to move in from March onwards, between 25-35 years old. Prefer someone who is fairly tidy (especially in communal areas). Think it is always good if a nice balance between the social side of things (i.e., place is quite good for hosting so nice dinners / BBQs in summer) and having your own space. Also, pets are more than welcome and probably encouraged (I miss my dog!). :D
Nous sommes
A 31 year old British guy, currently working in insurance. Have been in Switzerland for more or less 6 years now but to my shame still don't speak German! Pretty relaxed, like to keep fairly active through gym and sport (rugby and padel), with other interests including salsa and country music.
