La chambre est13 m2 (144 ft2) and furnished with a bed, wardrobe and desk. We have a large common room (40 m2/430 ft2) and a balcony (15 m2/160ft2). The three of us share two bathrooms. We have a washing machine, a dryer and a dishwasher in our 5th floor apartment. We love our hammock on the balcony.

Someone (male) in his mid 20s to early 40s, down to earth, who values tidiness and a harmonic living-together, eats vegetarian or kosher (at least in the apartment), and won't mind living with an observant Jew. Extra points for green thumbs.
