Description
La chambre estcca 12 m2 in a very spacious flat on two floors. On the lower floor is a big kitchen with dining and living area. There is also a balcony, a small bathroom and a common room with our own washer and dryer. The bedrooms are on the upper floor with another, larger bathroom. We also have a very small cellar and nice bike storage.
You might be able to buy some of the furniture in the room, but that is still not clear.
The flat has very large windows so it's very light and bright. It's close to everything you need and you can be at HB in 15 minutes. It is located right next to the train tracks so it's not really suited for light sleepers who need complete silence.
The utilities are included in the rent price.
Nous cherchons
an easy-going and friendly person. Since we are all employed it would be nice to have someone with a similar schedule, who is finished or almost finished with their studies.
We are not a huge party flat but we do like to spend time together and would like someone who is interested in shared flat life, either just chatting in the evenings, cooking dinner together or doing something outside of the flat.
Basic cleanliness level and following the cleaning schedule is required.
If you're a smoker, we already have one of those, but she smokes only on the balcony.
You should also be okay with a dog living in the flat at some point next year.
Since Dani and Lucija don't speak fluent German (yet), the main language in the flat is English, so we are looking for someone who is comfortable speaking English at home.
Nous sommes
three people all relatively new to the flat (two new to Switzerland in general), searching for our last fantastic four member.
Steffi (29, Swiss) is finishing her masters degree and works part time as a teacher. She likes to spend her free time dancing and dreaming about the dog she'll get next year.
Dani (28, Spanish) moved here in June. He works as a mechanical engineer. He likes doing sports, meeting friends and is actively learning German.
Lucija (26, Croatian) is a Chemistry PhD student who moved here in February. She likes cooking, running, animals and board games.
