Estrich gehört nur uns und wir haben auch ein Kellerabteil. Die Wohnung hat kein Balkon, jedoch haben wir draussen einen Sitzplatz mit Grill, Tisch und Stühlen.
Die Miete beinhaltet bereits Internet und Strom.

The attic belongs only to us and we also have a cellar compartment. The apartment has no balcony, but we have an outdoor seating area with barbecue, table and chairs.
