La chambre estI am renting out in my apartment a comfortable, big and furnished room at a walking distance to all the things you may need everyday. There is a king size bed or two single beds can be installed if you want to use it as a double room.The neighborhood is very good and safe.
There are parks, supermarkets and restuarants around. The apartment is spacious and bright, it has 2 separate bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom.
Central heating, Kitchen is well equiped, whashing machine, toaster and microwave.
You will share the apartment with just me and it would be a 2 person flatshare
