Wir sind momentan zu dritt und wohnen in einer echt sehr grosszügigen 4.5 Zimmer Wohnung mit offener Küche, ess- und wohnzimmer, 2 Badezimmer (eines mit Dusche und WC, das grössere mit Badewanne und WC) und 2 Balkonen (wobei der eine so 30qm2 misst) 2 von uns ziehen vorraussichtlich im Dezember aus, die 3 Person dann ebenfalls im Februar. Heisst ist auch eine Chance für eine WG Neugründung! Die Hauptmieterschaft müsste dabei wahrscheinlich ab Dezember übernommen werden.
Die Wohnung ist zwar nicht zentral gelegen, dafür kann man direkt in der Badehose aus dem Haus auf einen Limmatschwumm und am HB ist man mit der s Bahn in 15min. Und ein direktes Trämli zur IKEA gibt es auch.
Ich habe vorher an der ZHdK studiert, Tür zu Tür braucht man ca 25min, war für das Studium also echt super.
Es handelt sich um eine Genossenschaftswohnung.

We are currently three people living in a really spacious 4.5-room apartment with an open kitchen, dining and living room, 2 bathrooms (one with a shower and toilet, the larger one with a bathtub and toilet), and 2 balconies (one measuring about 30 square meters). Two of us are likely moving out in December, and the third person will move out in February. So, this is also an opportunity for a new shared apartment! The main tenancy would probably need to be taken over starting in December.
The apartment isn’t centrally located, but you can go directly out of the house in your swimsuit for a swim in the Limmat, and you can reach the main station in 15 minutes by S-Bahn. There’s also a direct tram to IKEA.
I previously studied at ZHdK, and it took about 25 minutes door to door, so it was really great for my studies.
It’s a cooperative apartment.
