La habitación es/estáIch suche spontan für mein WG-Zimmer in Wiedikon ein/e Nachmieter/in ab 28.3. bis 30.11 (verhandelbar). Die Wohnung ist eine 2er WG und liegt im Ergeschoss, ist aber in der ruhigen Dubsstrasse und mit Pflanzen, fast wie bei einem Vorgarten, von der Strasse getrennt. Die Küche ist neu und hat einen grossen Geschirrspüler und einen eigenen Waschturm mit Waschmaschine und Trockner. Das Bad ist auch frisch saniert und hat eine Wanne.

Das WG-Zimmer (13qm) ist möbliert mit Bett inkl. 2 Schubladen, einen Schrank, Schreibtisch und Hocker (ohne Ablöse, ohne Kaution).

Simon (26) teilt sich mit dir die Wohnung, in der du alle Möbel, Geschirr, vorfindest und mitbenutzen. Er studiert und arbeitet an der Uni, ist für eine gemeinsame Unternehmung zu haben, philosophiert gerne über Gott und die Welt mit dir, lässt dir aber auch genug Raum für dich. Wichtig ist ihm Ordnung, Sauberkeit und gute Kommunikation.

I am spontaneously looking for a new tenant for my room in a shared flat in Wiedikon from 28 March until 30 September (30 November at latest). The flat is on the ground floor, but in the quiet Dubsstrasse and separated from the street by plants, almost like a front garden. The kitchen is new and has a large dishwasher and its own washing tower with washing machine and tumble dryer. The bathroom is also newly renovated and has a bathtub.

The shared room (13 square metres) is furnished with a bed incl. 2 drawers, a wardrobe, desk and stool (no transfer fee, no deposit).

Simon (26) shares the flat with you, where you will find and use all the furniture and crockery. He studies and works at the university, is always up for a joint activity, likes to philosophise with you about God and the world, but also gives you enough space for yourself. Order, cleanliness and good communication are important to him.
