The neighborhood is quiet, and you can quickly reach the city center or nature, as the forest and lake are only about 10-15 minutes away.

¿Quién somos?
An intergenerational shared space where both students and working professionals are welcome. We would describe ourselves as a 'Zwecks WG', but we enjoy helping each other out, and many of us are always up for some shared coffee or tea in the shared kitchen. In the summer, some of us like to barbecue together on the terrace, and we occasionally watch football matches together as well.
