La habitación es/estáThe room is a small but cozy room in a newly renovated, spacious apartment. It is completely furnished with a bed, desk, and office chair as well as a dresser and open wardrobe. While the room only has around 9sqm (m^2) the apartment offers a newly renovate spacious kitchen and a big dining/living room. A cleaning lady (included in the rent) comes every two weeks to clean the shared areas (bathroom, kitchen and living room).
The Lochergut area is in our opinion one of the best areas to live in!

Buscamos
We are looking for an open-minded person who (she or he) enjoys the company of others and likes to spend time with their roommates but also respects each others privacy. The room would be free from April / May (we're flexible here) onwards to the end of September, with a possible extension. Cleanliness is important for us, and we try to keep the shared spaces relatively tidy and we'd like someone who also respects this.

¿Quién somos?
We are two good friends from Austria (25 and 26) looking for a new roommate until October (as of now — extension might be possible). Both of us are currently still studying at ETH and looking to finish our Masters this year. In our free time, we like to spend time together, for example going for a run / going swimming or also frequently cooking together — especially Austrian classics like Wiener Schnitzel or Kaiserschmarren. We both enjoy having friends over some time and also enjoy going out for a drink on the weekends.
