Das Zimmer wird an einen Wochenaufenthalterin vermietet, zunächst für ein Jahr, mit Möglichkeit zur Verlängerung.
in Englisch: We are renting out a furnished room in our modern, bright apartment with a balcony in Zürich. It’s a great find – a lovely neighborhood, excellent value for the price, and a comfortable atmosphere. The room is available for a weekday resident (Wochenaufenthalter*in) for an initial period of one year, with the possibility of extension.
