La habitación es/estáThe apartment is 131m² in total and has 2 floors: 3 bedrooms, a big bathroom and a small closet on the first floor, and a huge living room, kitchen, guest bathroom and a nice terrace on the second (see the plan picture). The bedroom is 14m² and I might leave some furniture if you are interested.
We also have a big cellar on the basement where we store bikes, skis, luggage, etc. There's a parking in the basement which can be rented for an extra price.

We are looking for a young professional who is eager to share with people from a similar age.
The monthly rent is 1361 CHF in total:
1316 CHF are your share of the apartment cost (Gross Miete + Nebenkosten)
45 CHF are for your share of electricity, internet, and Serafe (we split this monthly, even if the bills arrive at different times)
We have a rent deposit of 11.130 CHF, so you will have to contribute with a third when moving in (3710 CHF).

¿Quién somos?
After 3.5 years living on it I'm moving out from this nice shared apartment and therefore I'm looking for someone who will take over my room. The expected move in date is 1. April (1 or 2 weeks earlier could also be possible).
Your new flatmates will be Valentino (28) and Karthik (28) who are young professionals working in software and electronics. In their free time they like doing sports (skiing, climbing, padel, etc.) and they can talk different languages (English, Swiss, German, etc.).
