La habitación es/estáWe are subletting the largest room in our beautiful apartment. The room is fully furnished with all you can see in the pictures (but with an individual bed instead of the double one).
The flat has around 100m2 and has 3 bedrooms, a fully equiped kitchen, living room, toilet (with washing machine and dryer) and a balcony.
The flat was renovated 2 years ago, so everything is quite new and modern.
The location is great because it´s closed to the train station, tram stop, lots of supermarkets and different bars, restaurants and stores. However, the street is not super busy, so it´s not noisy; which makes it perfect.
Buscamos
We are looking for a nice person who would like to take my room for 2 months. Ideally someone between 25-32 years old that is clean and social, who likes to have a good chat while cooking or have a glass of wine from time to time.
¿Quién somos?
You will share the flat with my 2 amazing flatmates, Esther (f, 25) and Dimitris (m, 28). They are both working in banking and are really easygoing and fun. Esther speaks German, English and French and Dimitris speaks Greek, German, English and Spanish. They are both working, but in the evenings we normally gather together for dinner time and spend some time chatting and laughing. They are both really cleaned and like to have the house tidy.
