Die 3.5 Zimmerwohnung wird als 2er WG genutzt
Der Mietvertrag ist für zwei Jahre, bis Januar 2027 befristet.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt beim Bahnhof Altstetten (3 - 4 Minuten zu Fuss)
Die Schlafzimmer sind riesig (könnten auch als Wohnzimmer genutzt werden)
Die Möbel (hauptsächlich IKEA) sind in neuem Zustand und die Matratzen sind neu
Die Küche ist ebenfalls frisch renoviert und neu
Die Bilder auf den Fotos sind Beispielbilder von der Verwaltung.

very spacious and bright shared room available
The 3.5 room apartment is used as a shared apartment for 2 people
The flat is right next to Altstetten train station (3 - 4 minutes on foot)
One of the two bedrooms has a balcony
The bedrooms are huge (could also be used as a living room)
The furniture (mainly IKEA) is in new condition and the mattresses are new
The kitchen is also freshly renovated and new
The pictures in the photos are example pictures from the administration.
