Looking for a new flatmate. Location of the apartment is near Hardbrücke, next to Toni-Areal. Floor number 3.

Size of the apartment is 120 m2 and the size of the room is 15 m2. Apartment has two bedrooms, modern kitchen and large living room with dining table, large couch and a spectacular pool table. Additionally apartment has own storage space that is locked and safe within the building complex.

Each room has its own bathrooms and access to separate balconies. The apartment has own private washing machine and dryer.

Room is completely furnished and all items are to be sold to the new flatmate at a reasonable price.

Preferred Move-in date: 01.12.2024.
Earlier Move-in date also possible.
