La habitación es/estáThe apartment is a little green oasis. The rooms are spacious, well isolated, have big windows, and we get a lot of sunshine. The whole apartment was recently renovated. The free room has an area of around 15m2 with one large window front with direct access to the garden.
It is a four-room apartment consisting of three bedrooms and one fully furnished living room and kitchen. We have a lovely seating area in the garden with many flowers, and we often receive visits from foxes and badgers at night. It is a dream in Zurich.
Buscamos
We are looking for an alternative, mature and dedicated person, with clear goals and values in life. Ideally, you should be willing to not eat meat at home, science-friendly, LGBT-friendly, and a rare drinker, with non-smokers preferred. We appreciate someone who is not completely messy but also does not have obsessively high cleaning standards. If you play an instrument and enjoy singing with us, that's a bonus! Additionally, previous WG experience is a plus.
Please note that the room is not suitable for couples. Also, as one of us has allergies, we’re unable to accommodate pets. Thank you for understanding.
The flat, except for your room, is already furnished, so space for additional furniture and belongings is limited in the apartment.

¿Quién somos?
Nico is a 41-year-old programmer from Ticino, and I, Marc, am a 41-year-old plant ecologist and future teacher. We are ambitious and dedicated, yet also alternative and easygoing. We love nature and are both creative and innovative individuals. We maintain a vegetarian and nearly alcohol-free household, and we appreciate having plants around. We have the hearts of nomads but cherish our base in Zurich. While we are not party enthusiasts, we occasionally enjoy a good dance (e.g., Electronica, Ecstatic Dances) or attend a Shipibo medicine retreat to find our inner balance.
We aim to keep our flat functionally clean, meaning it shouldn't be too messy or dirty, but we also don't have the time to keep it spotless constantly. Since we are busy with our lives, we value our peaceful home as an oasis for recharging our batteries. Our mother languages are German and Italian, but we can also speak French, English, Spanish, and some Shipibo.
