La habitación es/estáWe’re subletting a 14m² unfurnished room in our shared apartment. The apartment is on the top floor, and you’d be living with two male students (24 and 21). One of us studies at ETH and the other at UZH. Between us, we speak English, French, and German.
The room is rented unfurnished, so you can set it up however you like. The apartment has one shared bathroom, a balcony, and a washing machine in the cellar. Rent includes all charges, such as utilities.
The location is super convenient:
100m from Coop for groceries.
20 minutes to ETH Höngg by bus or bike.
30 minutes to ETH Zentrum.
20 minutes to Zurich HB.
