Short notice subrental of an unfurbished room in Student Village on ETH Campus Hönggerberg in the month of November (Nov 1st 2024 - Nov 30th 2024)!

Rent this room on ETH Campus Hönggerberg (Student Village) for the month of November! The room is about 16 m2 big, with your own bathroom incl. shower, toilet and sink. The floor is wooden parquet in very good condition, and tiles in the bathroom. The kitchen and common area is shared with your room mate. There is a built-in cupboard in the room, a table, chair and bookshelf as well as a bed frame (but no mattress, although it can be asked for from the administration).
The room is located in Student Village, and about a 5 minutes walk from the bus stops of the buses 69, 80, 37 and E-Link (direct link Hönggerberg - Zentrum campuses, runs 4 times an hour). There is a small Coop on Campus, also about 5 minutes away. Other stores for groceries are close-by (Meierhofplatz: Coop, Migros and Denner, about 10 minutes walking or 3 min bus). There is forest on both sides of the campus, about 2-5 minutes each way. Overslept? No problem, lecture halls on Hönggerberg are only a 5 min walk away!

I am moving and need to sublet the room for the month of November. It is unfurnished, except for the items listed above. It is a very quiet and calm room and good for studying. My flat mate was quiet and there is very little noise.
