Das Haus befindet sich neben dem Spital von Nidwalden, 15 Minuten zu Fuss vom Bahnhof Stans und 10 Minuten vom Einkaufszentrum Länderpark entfernt. Es ist sehr ruhig und umgeben von Natur und schöner Aussicht auf die Berge. Es gibt eine Bushaltestelle vor dem Haus.
