The flat is located directly on the Rhine between Papiermühle and Rhin Bleu, opposite Roche. We would share the whole flat, each of us has a bedroom with its own bathroom, additionally there's a large living room with gallery, a top equipped kitchen with sitting area and 2 balconies, one directly on the Rhine, one in the backyard. The flat has about 100 square metres, a garage, bicycle parking and a cellar are also included. Everything is currently furnished, of course everything can be arranged. The flat is ideally located, all you really need is a bike or a metro ticket.

Wohnen direkt am Rhein!
Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Rhein zwischen Papiermühle und Rhin Bleu, vis-a-vis Roche. Wir würden uns die ganze Wohnung teilen, jeder hat ein Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad, zusätzlich ein grosses Wohnzimmer mit Galerie, eine top ausgestatte Küche mit Sitzecke und 2 Balkone, einer direkt auf den Rhein, einer in den Hinterhof. Die Wohnung hat in etwa 100 qm, eine Garage, Veloabstellplatz und ein Keller sind auch dabei. Aktuell ist alles möbliert, das kann man natürlich alles absprechen. Die Wohnung liegt ideal, man brauch eigentlich nur ein Velo, oder ein U-Abo.
