I’m renting out a fully furnished room of approximately 10 sqm that comes with a small balcony. It includes a bed, desk and chair, and two cupboards. The apartment itself is quite modern, featuring an open-plan living room and kitchen, as well as a separate bathroom with its own washing machine and dryer.
The monthly rent is CHF 990 (including internet and utilities). The flat is located in Basel-Stadt, just a short 5-minute walk from Messeplatz, Coop, a parking garage, and various tram and bus connections.
