You can see the sunset, both from the balcony or through the window front (with roller shutters for pleasant nights ;)), which borders the balcony. The afternoon/evening sun does not wake you up with the morning/midday sun. The apartment is perfect for one or two people and is only offered fully furnished. Gladly also with complete equipment, such as cutlery/dishes and television. A floor heating with the possibility to regulate the temperature is installed. Included in the price is a parking space assigned to you directly in front of the front door. The apartment combines living spaces in which you feel very comfortable and where there is enough space. The living room also has a small hallway with storage space for jackets and shoes and a bathroom with ventilation.
