La habitación es/estáwe are looking for a new roommate on April 1st, 2021 in our 2-person flat share in a new building built in 2015 near Wollishofen station (Bellariastrasse 85). Your room would be 13.7 square meters (see floor plan) and furnished (see transfer agreement of CHF 700, which also includes the furniture in the entire apartment).
The apartment is built to a very high standard, some of it has a lake view and is very well served by bus connections (66 and 72, two minutes 'walk) and S-Bahn / tram (Tram 7, Wollishofen station, five minutes' walk). In addition, the See / Landiwiese and various shops are within walking distance. We also have a nice balcony with lounge / grill and a new kitchen with induction stove, steamer, etc.
