The room isVom 5. Mai bis 30. Juni 2025 vermiete ich mein geliebtes WG-Zimmer. Das Zimmer ist Teil einer gemütlichen 3er-WG, die leider Ende Juni aufgelöst wird, da das Haus renoviert werden muss (eine Verlängerung der Mietdauer ist daher nicht möglich). Die Wohnung befindet sich im Kreis 4, ist sehr zentral gelegen und sehr gut an den öffentlichen Verkehr angebunden. Das Zimmer ist gross, ruhig und hell. Der Mietpreis beträgt CHF 566 pro Monat (inkl. WiFi). Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert vermietet.

Das Zimmer kann auch nur für Mai oder nur Juni untervermietet werden. Wir können gerne flexibel schauen, wie es für dich passt. Anfragen für die gesamte Zeit von Mai-Juni werden aber prioritär behandelt.

I am renting out my beloved room in a shared flat from 5 May to 30 June 2025. The room is part of a cosy shared flat for 3 people, which will unfortunately be dissolved at the end of June, as the house has to be renovated (an extension of the rental period is therefore not possible). The flat is located in district 4, is centrally located and very well connected to public transport. The rent is CHF 566 per month (incl. WiFi). The room is rented unfurnished.

The room can also be sublet for May or June only. We can be flexible and see how it suits you. However, enquiries for the entire period from May to June will be prioritised.
