The house is 3 minutes walking from the zürichbergstrasse tram stop ( tram 6 directly to University and HB). The other tenant, 32 male from Italy working at UZH, will remain in the house. Very spacious living room and direct access to the garden. There is also possibility to rent a parking lot for extra 150CHF a month. Perfect for young professionals who want to live in a central quiet neighborhood but also enjoy BBQs and social life. The room comes unfurnished while the rest of the house is furnished.
