Description
The room isBecause I'll go travalling, I will rent my room. A spacious, fully furnished 17m2 room with a private balcony is available from December 3rd to January 31st in a shared apartment in Wiedikon. The price is 1500.- incl. everything (electricity, internet etc.). The apartment and the room are well-equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer in the bathroom. There’s also a second, larger balcony off the kitchen. The building includes an elevator, a cellar, and a communal drying room in the basement. The apartment is in a prime location with many restaurants and bars in the area. The train station Wiedikon and Schmiede Wiedkon are only a 5 minute walk away.

Looking for a female flatmate, ideally around the same age (30+), who is also working and values cleanliness and organization.
We are
You’ll sharing the apartment with Raisa, a 36-year-old from the Netherlands. Raisa works as a designer and product developer in sportswear and is starting a master’s in sustainable development. She is tidy, friendly, and social, enjoying a mix of going out for a drink (wine preferred!) and unwinding with a good book. In her free time, you’ll find her swimming, doing CrossFit, or Olympic weightlifting.
