I’m subletting my ~25sqm flat in Wipkingen from 23rd January to 16th February (dates flexible), 1050 CHF all included .

Flat Details:
- Separate bathroom (with bathtub), kitchen, and balcony.
- Filled with many nice plants that requires some care (just a little watering every now and then).
- No desk and no wifi currently in the flat, I do everything with a hot spot from my phone which works well.

Location:
- Just a 5-minute bus/train ride to Zurich HB (main station) and Bahnhof Oerlikon.
- A quick 5-minute walk to Bahnhof Wipkingen, Coop, and Migros.

We can arrange a video call for viewing. Preference will be given to those staying longer, but I’m happy to discuss rental fees for shorter periods. Pictures and the layout of the flat are as given above, and all details will be included in the official subletting agreement for transparency.
