Note that the room is being offered for sublet for one month over the winter break. I am open to subleases shorter than the full month, rate negotiable, depending on demand (will not exceed the stated amount:) ). Could be a good option for someone on holiday over the Christmas/New Year break. Note that Woko criteria do not have to be met because the sublet period is during the semester break.
