Description
The room isSpacious 30m² private room located near Milchbuck. The room comes with basic furniture and is very spacious, though I do keep some of my personal belongings there. No living room, but kitchen and bathroom are shared with two other roommates who are Chinese students studying at the University of Zurich.
We are looking for
I'd be delighted to welcome someone who:
Values a clean and tidy living environment
Is a non-smoker
Is respectful and considerate toward the other roommates
Would feel comfortable in our peaceful home atmosphere
A refundable security deposit will be required and returned after a successful room check upon departure. I'm happy to arrange a video viewing to show you the space virtually!
The room is available from March 18th. While daily/weekly stays are possible (20 CHF per day), I prefer rentals of 10+ days. Beginning in April, there might be a possibility for renting the room for the whole month, depending on circumstances.
We are
I'm a student at both the University of Zurich and Technical University of Munich. I frequently travel between both universities for academic conferences and events, which is why the room is often vacant.
