The house is relatively old but cosy.
The feature is the forest nearby, so it's cool to walk there + the air is better, village feeling
And of course, the price is unparallel :)
From the furniture in the room there are cupboards, chairs and mattress, potentially table. We will help with finding/transporting more if needed :)
