Ich bin de Karim (32i), min Mitbewohner isch de Vincent (30i) und mir wohned zäme ade Josefstrass 26. Ich bin aktuell in Sri Lanka am reise bis am 26.01.2025 und drum chasch du für die Zit i mis Zimmer iizieh.
D Wohnig isch chli. D Chuchi isch chli. S Bad isch chli. Drum wärs no guet wänn du dich guet mitem Vincent würsch verstah und s nöd eifach e Zwäck-WG isch. De Vincent isch mega en Coole, mer chan mega guet chli mit ihm labere und er isch sehr unkompliziert.
Dis neue Zimmer isch im Vergliich zum Rescht vode Wohnig rächt gross (17m2) und hät es 180er Bett, es Sofa, es Pult und gueti Luutsprächer drin. Was mir mega wichtig wär, isch dassd Pflanze no läbed wänn ich wider heichume. ;)
Es wird schwirig sii, nach dere Wohnig an en anderi Laag zzieh. De HB isch 5 Minute weg, aber mitemne Sprint schafftmers im Notfall au i unter 2 Minute vo de Hustüür bis in Zug. Bim lerne oder im Home-office chan mer au ohni verlängerte Mittag schnell am Lette go schwümme (ja idere Jahresziit vilicht nöd, aber zum go laufe isches gliich nice :D). Direkt vorem Huus häts en Aldi und en Coop. Für dis Velo häts direkt vor de Iigangstüür vill Veloständer.
Choschte tuet dis Zimmer inkl. allem (inkl. Näbechoschte, schnällem Internet, Serafe etc.) 840.- pro Monet. Für di ganz Zit wärs demfall 1370.-

I am currently traveling until the 26.01.2025. Thus, I am offering my room in a 2-person shared apartment.
The apartment is in Josefstrasse in an amazing location 5min from Zurich main station on foot. Nevertheless, the immediate neighborhood is rather quiet. There’s an Aldi and a Coop within 100m.
The room is 17m2 and there’s a 1.80m bed, a couch, a desk with a screen and good speakers. There’s a couple of plants to create a cozy atmosphere and fast wifi (1gbit/s).
You’ll be living with Vincent who is a goldsmith.
