The room is*The room* is about 17 sqm large and furnished with a large bed, desk and chair, one hanging rack, one bed side table and bedside lamp, and more (see photos). It is a quiet room with two windows facing the side and internal court.
*The flat* houses three bedrooms, an eat-in kitchen, and a bathroom - it has no living room.
It is 85 sqm and was fully renovated in 2017. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove and oven, dish washer, large fridge, dining table, and plenty of storage room. The flat is located on the ground floor. Joint laundry is available in the house.
Spacious storage unit included. A cleaning lady/man comes for two hours every two weeks at a cost included in the rent.
