The room isThe room we are renting out is our guest room, 15m^2 in size and it is furnished.
The apartment is very modern and in a prime location and offers a generous living room combined with a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, one guest room/ office, and 3 rooms for each roommate. The flat is located at Zürich West, an area with several bars, clubs, restaurants and cinemas just around the corner. Yet the flat itself is very quiet. Langstrasse is within a 5 min walk, the main station is 5 min by tram. Within a 5 min walking distance you also find the very popular badis “Oberer” and “Unterer Letten” for swimming or chilling out in summer.
We are looking for
A working professional in a similar age bracket (25-45) that is tidy, easygoing and respectful.
We prefer not renting to couples at this stage, so solo applications are preferred.
Languages: German, English, French, Spanish.

We are two working professionals (m44 and f35). Living in our flat is casual: we have dinner or go out from time to time and you are invited to join or follow your own plans.
